Sissy joined Pitch in March 2022, as Director under the Corporate practices, coming from the Hellenic Advertising Association (SDE). As Association’s Communication Expert, her primary objective was to promote the Association’s extroversion. She designed and implemented an extensive strategic communications plan so as to promote and strengthen the role of the Association as a key stakeholder of the Marketing and Communication sector in Greece. Among others, Sissy developed key messages for an effective Association’s communication with both internal and external audiences, leveraging the role of the President and the Board of Directors, as well as the Digital Team’s. The assignment by the World Federation of Advertisers of the co-organization of Global Marketer Week, the biggest global event for marketing and communication, was the culmination.
With more than 20 years of experience in communications, Sissy was – among others – Corporate Communications Director and Group Account Director at AEA Relate & Civitas Ketchum communications agencies, responsible for the strategic planning. She is highly experienced in corporate affairs, media relations (develop & maintain relationships with key media influencers and third parties) crisis & issues management, CSR programs and large scale events. Her portfolio of clients includes organizations such as Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), Papastratos – PMI, Selonda SA, Papadopoulos SA, DEMO SA (pharmaceutical), Alpha Bank, Hellenic Petroleum S.A., AB Vassilopoulos, Chipita, ELMIN Bauxites, Club Hotel Casino Loutraki, ETAEA (Special Fund for Emergency Response) etc.
She studied at the School of Law of National & Kapodistrian University of Athens (Department of Law). She is a native Greek, speaks fluently English and has basic knowledge of Spanish.
